01 / The approach
Unexpected restarts. Driver conflicts. A BIOS version that needs checking. ScanProtectAI brings the details together so technicians can work from a shared picture of the problem.
Capture the Windows build, hardware model, motherboard details, BIOS version, and installed driver inventory in one diagnostic bundle.
A read-only snapshotBring selected crash and restart events into view. Fixed rules highlight investigation leads and show when evidence is incomplete.
Guidance with visible limitsUse short-lived support sessions for uploads, retain a case assessment, and record what the technician reports after an attempted fix.
A record to build on02 / The direction
One workflow for a standalone support visit or an RMM investigation. The foundation works today; research, repair automation, and learning are the next stages.
Gather a bounded snapshot of Windows system evidence.

Foundation availableBuild toward reviewed fixes with clear approval and recovery steps.
PlannedRecord reported outcomes now. Automated verification and learning are planned.
In development03 / Built in the open
ScanProtectAI is an early-stage project. Here is what is implemented and what we are building toward.
Source-based collection and authenticated upload tooling exist. The public signed installer and guided setup are still being prepared.
AI recommendations, automatic repairs, and automatic learning are planned capabilities. They are not active in the current support service.
04 / Good to know
The current collector reads diagnostic information and saves a local bundle. It does not install a persistent service, update drivers or BIOS, apply repairs, or reboot the computer.
Local collection sends nothing. An explicit upload shares the bundle with the configured support service through a scoped session. Hardware identifiers and event messages can include names or paths; review the destination with your technician.
That is the purpose of the standalone tooling. The collector can run without enrolling a computer in the RMM. The signed URL installer is still being prepared; get approved launch instructions from your technician.
Today it collects evidence, applies fixed investigation rules, and records reported outcomes. Vendor research, verified outcome ranking, automated verification, and repair execution are future development work.
